POLREMACO was established in 1991 as a Polish-American limited liability company and ever since has been a leading company who specializes in production, repairs and general overhauls of construction equipment and machinery. 

Our staff is highly qualified and was trained both in Poland and abroad, inter alia, in the USA and Germany. Their extensive experience was gained when implementing large projects in the metallurgical industry, power engineering and lignite mining in Poland and also in Germany, the Middle East and former USSR countries.

Trying to satisfy market demand and customers’ wants from the outset, our company has found a market niche for itself, which has become a source of our success. Dynamic development, marked with flexible and effective responses to the market position, has made us a renowned manufacturer of specialised equipment, a reliable contractor of earthwork and land reclamation and a real expert on repairs and overhauls of construction equipment produced in Poland and abroad.

But a company’s market position is also testified by the company’s partners. Ours are first-rate partners. We can boast that we have been cooperating with Fleetguard, Orenstein-Kopell and FASSI. In 1998 we became an authorised dealer of the Cummins Engine Company. From 1999 to 2005, POLREMACO was an authorised distributor of Cummins Inc. As an official distributor of Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW) for 20 years (1993-2013) we offered machines manufactured by that company and we carried out their maintaince service. From 2013 to 2014 Polremaco was also an authorised distributor of Dressta Sp. z o.o.

On 31 March 2015 Polremaco became the official partner of Plant Parts Ltd. who specialises in both Komatsu parts (Genuine, OEM and Aftermarket) and excavator Final Drives / Travel Motors marketing their final drives as FDC (Final Drive Centre) brand.

Our activity includes:

1. Large-volume, standard and highly specialized earth work, especially :

-          hydro-engineering work,

-          reclamation of post-industrial grounds,

-          motorway and road-net construction work,

-          specialized engineering work,

-          river and stream engineering,

-          flood bank construction,

-          construction of water basins and sewage-treatments plants,

-          development work for transcontinental pipelines, including passages under water courses and roads.

2. Designing and production of highly specialized heavy machinery for opencast mining, underground non-ferrous ore mines, construction and power industries:

-          special crawler dozers with a total height from 1400 to 2600 mm for operation in low excavations and galleries of non-ferrous ore mines,

-          conveyor shifter (for conveyors with a belt width up to 2500 mm) on a crawler tractor base.

3. Repairs and service of mine machines, construction machines like Komatsu, HSW, LiuGong Dressta Machinery, Liebherr, Caterpillar, Volvo, Case and machines produced by Polremaco;

4. Repairs and maintenance of assemblies and equipment for mine and construction machines.

5. Services provided by the Production, Repairs and Maintenance Workshop like:

service repairs, general overhauls and diagnostics of Cummins engines, shot peening, production of flexible pressure hoses, machining, repairing of crawler chassis and technical diagnostics of machines.

6. Sale of:

-  spare parts for Komatsu, Caterpillar, Case, Furukawa and Volvo machinery.

-  FDC final drives and spare parts;

-  KM Products Europe Ltd (KMP Brand) parts;

-  Cummins engine parts;

-  ITM undercarriages and their parts for all types of caterpillar bulldozers like Komatsu, Caterpillar, Case, Liebherr, Doosan, LiuGong Dressta Machinery and many others;

-  track chains, complete track group assemblies, top and bottom rollers, sprockets and front idlers;

-  refurbished construction machinery;

-  subassemblies and spare parts for machinery of  LiuGong Dressta Machinery Poland (former HSW S.A. Stalowa Wola);

-  filters produced by Cummins Filtration (Fleetguard) for construction and agriculture machinery and for trucks;

-  starters, alternators and spare parts of Remy Automotive;

-  bearings for construction machinery and trucks produced by Koyo and Timken;

To meet our customers’ expectations we launched our Department in Lubin, with its current site in Polkowice, ul. Jana Wyżykowskiego 6, which has been operating since October 2001. It provides service of mining and construction machines in this area and carries out the sale of spare parts produced in Poland or abroad. This allows us to react quicker to our customers’needs and decreases the costs of travelling.

In August 2014 our Production, Repairs and Maintenance Workshop as well as Warehouse and Trade Centre were moved from Krakow to our own premises in Jaworzno, ul. Kolejarzy 16.

In July 2019 the Headquarters including Management Office, Marketing and Contracts Department, Accounting Department and Engineering Works Departments also were moved to Jaworzno, ul. Kolejarzy 16.
